So this is my race schedule as of today:

June 5, 2011 Black Bear Triathlon
July 30, 2011 Queens Half Marathon
July 31, 2011 Central Park Triathlon (Sprint)
August 7, 2011 NYC Triathlon (Olympic)
August 28, 2011 Bronx Half Marathon
October 2, 2011 Poconos Half Ironman!!!

Looking at the list of what I've done gives me some sense that I have been working on getting fitter because right now, I don't feel like I've done enough.
I'm too tired right now to make the plan - but I really have to think about a specific training plan for the HIM in October.  I feel I have become too random in my training during the past month.  I've also become more stressed out since the DNF swim.  I have 2 weeks left to the Black Bear, so I can't really change too much at this point for that race...  I would love to be able to swim every day and cut my time in half, but that's not going to happen.  I need to 'accept' my current level of fitness as is; eat right; rest; exercise to maintain my fitness and then continue... whoa!

(I had a whole paragraph here, but lost my internet connection and lost the whole paragraph.  Frustrating but I will not try and replicate it. Not meant to be I suppose)
